Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the nuAIOS website and the nuAIOS software you download. By using either, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

nuAIOS provides a downloadable AI operating system and a website that supports it. The software runs locally on your own machine and works with AI providers and other tools you connect.

2. Plans: what you are buying

nuAIOS is offered in a few ways, and it is important to understand what each one is:

  • Self-serve and build-it-together (learn-and-build plans). You receive a structured AIOS template, the Academy (guided lessons), and Ralo’s in-product guidance. These plans give you the foundation and teach you the basics so you can build and run your own system. You build the system yourself using what you learn. They are a learn-and-build kit, not a finished or done-for-you system. We do not guarantee a complete, specific, or particular system or business result; what you end up with depends on your own effort, the AI and tools you connect, and how you apply the guidance. The build-it-together plan adds a guided setup session and support, but you remain the builder.
  • Done-for-you. A separate, scoped engagement in which we build a system for you and hand it over. Scope, deliverables, timeline, and price are agreed on a call before any work begins.

All plans license you the nuAIOS software, templates, skills, and Academy as described below. No plan is a guarantee of business outcomes or results.

3. Ownership and license

  • Your files and work are yours. The personalized AIOS you download, the data you put in it, and the outputs you generate belong to you. You can keep, modify, and use them, including after you stop using our website.
  • We license the software to you. We grant you a non-exclusive license to use nuAIOS to run your own business. We retain ownership of the underlying nuAIOS software, templates, skills, and brand.
  • No resale of the product. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or repackage the nuAIOS software, templates, or skills as your own product. Using nuAIOS to run your business and serve your clients is fine; reselling nuAIOS itself is not.

4. Bring your own AI key

nuAIOS works with AI providers you connect using your own keys. You’re responsible for your usage and costs with those providers, and for complying with their terms. We don’t control or bill for that usage.

5. Acceptable use

Don’t use nuAIOS to break the law, infringe others’ rights, send spam, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer our services. You’re responsible for how you and your team use the software and the tools you connect.

6. Early service

nuAIOS is a new and evolving service, provided “as is.” Features may change, and we may modify or discontinue parts of the service.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, nuAIOS is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for outcomes produced by AI providers or tools you connect. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Third-party services

nuAIOS connects to third-party tools and AI providers at your direction. Your use of those services is governed by their terms, not ours.

9. Termination

You can stop using nuAIOS at any time and keep your downloaded files. We may suspend website or beta access if these Terms are violated.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms; the current version is always posted here. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which nuAIOS operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
